The Challenge
BlueHammer needed to build a marketplace that served three distinct user groups simultaneously: customers booking home services, contractors managing and accepting jobs, and the BlueHammer operations team overseeing the full business. No off-the-shelf platform could serve all three without significant compromise.
The platform needed AI and automation baked into the core — not bolted on later — to handle matching, routing, scheduling, and quality management at the scale the business model required.
